A technical guide similar to the one regarding the maturation of leisure harbour projects, which identifies, in detail, all the maturation actions (studies, surveys, licensing) for a typical port development project.

The manual also includes:

the time-table foreseen for individual activities
the competent authorities for each activity
related legislation and
the estimated time-table for completing these activities.

The manual is only available in Greek and it revises the one published by the MOU in 2009.
